Rob Guthrie joined Entegrity in 2013 after serving as a program manager with the Clinton Climate Initiative (CCI). During his tenure with CCI, Rob played a leadership role in replicating the CCI HEAL program–the nation’s first energy-based employee benefit model–in Arkansas, Wisconsin, California, Michigan, Vermont, and North Carolina.
As a part of Entegrity’s leadership team, Rob is responsible for developing and managing all of Entegrity’s work in the public market. He is a Certified Energy Manager (CEM), a member of the City of Little Rock Energy Improvement District (LREID) Board of Directors, and a member of the Little Rock Rotary Club.
Before moving to Arkansas in 2011, Rob was a project manager for a family-owned general contracting firm in Tuscaloosa, AL, where he estimated and supervised over $20 million in residential and commercial construction projects. During his time in Alabama, Rob was also a graduate of Leadership Tuscaloosa (2007-2008), and a member of the Tuscaloosa Rotary Club Board of Directors (2008-2010).
Rob is a 2003 graduate of The University of the South (Sewanee), where he majored in Spanish, and earned membership into the campus academic honor society. He lives in Little Rock with his wife (Jeannie) and daughters (Clare and Alice).
