Project Development Engineer

As Project Development Engineer at Entegrity, Parker and his team are responsible for energy engineering functions during the project development and measurement/verification phases of the work. Having played a fundamental role in the development of over $30 million in performance contracting projects, Parker is an experienced member of the Entegrity team. His responsibilities include cataloguing inventory during project development, working to establish a measurement plan during the energy audit, analyzing utility bills, benchmarking facilities, constructing energy models, and calculating energy and water savings for proposed energy efficiency measures.
Parker is also involved after project completion as the team leader during savings measurement & verification. In this role, Parker monitors performance trends, conducts routine site visits, and creates monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to customers.
Parker is a dedicated member of the Association of Energy Engineers. He is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE), a Certified Energy Manager (CEM), and a graduate of the University of Arkansas College of Engineering, where he received a bachelor of science in Mechanical Engineering.
