Director of Solar Operations
James (Jamie) joins Entegrity with over 24 years of progressive supervisory and management experience in renewable energy and power generation including specific experience with generators, automatic transfer panels, interior and exterior distribution, and PV and other renewable energy sources. Prior to joining Entegrity, James was the Director of Operations and Maintenance for Socore Energy. During his time there, he was responsible for solar assets including operations and maintenance, warranty response, contract management, performance guarantees, and emergency response and training for all PV sites located in the Midwest and East Coast. His duties also included managing assets for over 125 renewable energy sites in North America.
Through previous experience, James successfully commissioned, (under schedule and under budget) the first 39Mw ground mount PV system in Long Island, NY which included 165 thousand modules, 453 combiner boxes, ground mount structure, 13.8kV transformers, switch yard (13.8-69 kV) control house, protective relays, battery room and O&M facilities.
Additional experience includes field operations, safety and quality standards including extensive knowledge of OSHA, NEC, NESC, NFPA70E and other applicable codes, various asset management and scheduling tools, and the utilization of insulation testers, curve tracers, power analyzers, multi-meters, clamp-on amp meters, phase rotation meters and other specialized test instruments.
Current responsibilities include supervision of the design, estimating, installation and commissioning of Entegrity solar projects. More specifically, James develops processes and procedures for the successful implementation of solar projects, pre-construction constructability inspections, project management, warrant management, and installation training for subcontractors and Entegrity staff.
