Don Moseley

Business Development Associate - National Accounts


Don is a technically oriented civil engineer and accomplished expert in sustainable design principles with extensive experience building teams to tackle difficult problems relating to site and building design development, lighting and energy efficiencies, water conservation, and utilization of renewable materials in building practices.

Previously, Don spent over 27 years with Walmart, progressing from Staff Engineer to Senior Manager Sustainable Facilities. During his time there, he oversaw new store building sustainability for both Walmart stores and Sam’s Clubs across the U.S., and implemented programs involving energy reduction, water conservation and building systems that helped reduce costs of operations totaling millions of dollars. His duties included working with internal departments and external consultants to implement changes towards improving efficiencies mutually beneficial to the business and to the environment. Additionally, he managed the design process, assisted with construction management, and then oversaw three years of payback and efficiency measurement, study, and reporting by two U.S. Department of Energy National Labs of two high- profile experimental stores.

As Business Development Associate for National Accounts, Don works with multi-location retailers and corporate clients to assist in implementing their company sustainability and energy efficiency goals.
