With more than 20 years of industry experience, Matt brings expertise in both finance and construction project management. Previously, Matt served as an executive in the construction industry and co-founder of a commercial general contracting firm located in Little Rock. Prior to starting the construction company, Matt was a real estate finance executive as well as a private real estate investor.
Matt is a LEED Accredited Professional through the U.S. Green Building Council, Certified Energy Manager (CEM) through the Association of Energy Engineers, and an active member of the AEE. Matt also serves on the board for the Little Rock Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) Improvement District and the National Association of Energy Services Companies (NAESCO).
Under the leadership of Chris Ladner and Matt, Entegrity has been recognized as Sustainable Business of the Year (2012), ranked on Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing companies in America (2014 & 2015), nominated as Arkansas Business of the Year (2014), named as one of Arkansas’ Best Places to Work (2017, 2018, 2019) and winner of the Arkansas Advanced Energy Business Innovation Award (2017).
Current responsibilities include managing business development and marketing for Entegrity including but not limited to: response to request for qualifications, proposal and presentation development, financial oversight and business development, and strategic planning activities.
