The City of Hot Springs Advertising and Promotion Commission has hired Entegrity to implement several energy conservation improvements to its facilities.
Estimated to save approximately $250,000 in annual energy & maintenance expenses, Entegrity’s project with the A&P Commission will focus on upgrading lighting and lighting controls systems at the 360,000 square-foot Hot Springs Convention Center and Bank of the Ozarks Arena. The scope of work, which is expected to generate a $320,000 incentive from Entergy Arkansas, will feature the following upgrades:
- Comprehensive replacement or re-fitting of over 3,000 existing light fixtures with LED technology
- Installation of new dimming controls in meeting rooms, exhibit halls, and arena
- Installation of occupancy sensors throughout the facility
Entegrity is thrilled to begin work on this project, and looks forward to completing the retrofit in the fall of 2016!
