Corey holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Arkansas and is an engineer in training in Arkansas. Through his experience, he has expertise in construction project management, facilities and maintenance management, and contract management. He is a LEED Accredited Professional in Building Design and Construction, IECC Commercial Energy Inspector with ASHRAE 90.1-2012, and IECC Commercial Energy Plans Examiner with ASHRAE 90.1-2012, Commissioning Process Management Professional (CPMP), and Certified Commissioning Authority (CxA).
Corey served in the United States Navy Civil Engineer Corps improving the built environment of military installations. He has worked on a wide range of project types to meet recurring needs of the government, from large military construction projects, major renovations of military housing, to wharf and pier repairs. He has many years of experience as a project manager responsible for large multi-disciplinary projects from inception to closeout. Corey also has a broad working knowledge of purchasing regulations and procedures for commercial and government entities.
Current professional memberships include U.S. Green Building Council Western Arkansas Chapter, Military Officers Association of America NW Arkansas Chapter, and American Society of Heating Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineers.
Corey's responsibilities include sustainable building energy services including fundamental and enhanced commissioning, functional performance testing, and LEED sustainable construction consulting in the Northwest Arkansas regional office.
