Entegrity is proud to announce its expansion into the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) service region and the addition of Dawn Arnold as our new Business Development Executive for Tennessee. With over three decades of experience serving utilities and Local Power Companies (LPCs), Dawn brings invaluable knowledge, trust-based relationships, and strategic insight to support Entegrity’s growth throughout the Southeast.
Bringing Entegrity’s Expertise to Public Power Providers
As the nation’s largest public power system, TVA spans seven states and partners with 153 LPCs — municipally and cooperatively owned utilities that power millions of homes and businesses across the region. These organizations are facing increasing pressure to modernize infrastructure, stabilize rates, and respond to growing interest in clean, reliable energy solutions.
Entegrity is well-positioned to help.
We partner with LPCs and municipal utilities to develop turnkey solar and battery storage projects, as well as energy efficiency upgrades that deliver long-term savings, resiliency, and grid benefits. From design and financing to installation and operations, our in-house team ensures projects are delivered with minimal lift for staff and maximum value for the communities they serve.
Meet Dawn Arnold
Dawn joins Entegrity after a long and respected career supporting LPCs throughout the Valley. A Tennessee native with more than 35 years of experience in the utility sector, she previously served in leadership roles at the Tennessee Valley Authority, with a tenure of 23 years, E Source, and most recently a national solar developer, where she helped local utilities navigate TVA’s evolving flexibility frameworks and deploy distributed energy solutions.
With deep roots in the region and a reputation built on integrity, Dawn will support Entegrity’s efforts across TVA’s seven-state territory: Tennessee, Alabama, Mississippi, Kentucky, Virginia, North Carolina, and Georgia, and be based out of our office in Franklin, Tenn.
