Helena-West Helena Water is always committed to providing safe, high quality water services to their community. In order to maintain a standard of excellence in customer service and environmental conservation, they entered into an Energy Services Performance Contract with Entegrity. the goal of this was for Entegrity to implement a package of imporvements throughout their facilities.
The improvements included a complete replacement of all customer water meters and GIS mapping of the water system, LED Lighting and HVAC upgrades, and a 520 kW solar array to offset over 50% of the utility’s electrical consumption. Entegrity’s guaranteed energy savings/revenue increase, paired with the low interest rate from ANRC, ensured that the annual benefits of the project were enough to cover the debt service on the project.
