I³R – The Institute for Integrative & Innovative Research
Award: Divine Detail Merit Award
Location: Fayetteville, Arkansas
Owner: University of Arkansas
The Institute for Integrative & Innovative Research (I³R) brings together researchers, students, and industry leaders in a 144,000-square-foot facility designed to foster collaboration and creativity.
The building’s mass timber structure, biophilic design, and energy-efficient systems create a space that exceeds energy benchmarks by 32% while reflecting Arkansas’s natural and cultural landscape.
Entegrity provided:
- LEED consulting
- Commissioning (Cx)
- Indoor air quality testing
- Building envelope commissioning and testing
The project is pursuing LEED v4 Silver certification.

EquipmentShare Technology & Development Center
Award: Divine Detail Citation Award
Location: Columbia, Missouri
Owner: EquipmentShare
EquipmentShare’s Technology & Development Center merges design and engineering to support innovation across office, lab, and maker spaces. A shared “bridge” kitchen connects teams and embodies the company’s culture of collaboration.
Custom fabrication details, daylighting, and open interiors showcase the harmony between architecture and performance.
