Originally targeting LEED v4 BD+C: Silver certification, the project ultimately achieved LEED Gold, reflecting a higher level of performance in energy efficiency, indoor environmental quality, and overall sustainability.
Designed to support critical operations for the Oklahoma Military Department, the Chandler JOC required a careful balance of durability, functionality, and long-term efficiency. At the same time, limitations in the City of Chandler’s water supply required design adjustments and additional system considerations to maintain reliable building performance.
Throughout these challenges, Entegrity supported the team with energy modeling, daylighting analysis, and life cycle cost evaluations—helping identify opportunities to improve efficiency and indoor environmental quality. By validating performance through modeling and testing, the team was able to move beyond the original LEED Silver target and deliver a higher-performing facility.
