Rick’s expertise covers business development and company operations for energy services in the design and construction sector. Rick has held various positions in large organizations including the Clinton Foundation and the Dubai-based Middle East Centre for Sustainable Development and Pacific Controls. Rick has an extensive background in creating and directing business solutions and teams that produce high-value services in the energy efficiency field.
In 2009, Rick was a Team Advisor for the Greenland Quest, an unsupported vertical crossing of the Greenland icecap to raise awareness of global warming issues and the need for sustainability. Through his participation, Rick advised team members and supporters on energy efficiency and sustainable development practices.
In addition to national and international work, Rick has developed and managed local, sustainable projects in Little Rock including community events and green business ventures. As Executive Director of the MacArthur Park 5k Race and Evening Event, Rick and his team built an annual fundraising event that supports community improvement of the downtown Little Rock area.
Rick has presented on energy management and sustainable development to various groups including the Dubai Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) regulating authority, RealComm, BOMA, Building Commissioning Association (BCA), Arkansas USGBC and AIA, Dubai International Business Women Group, and the Global Project and Process Management Association
Rick’s current responsibilities include business development for Entegrity’s Energy Savings Performance Contracting Division and technical expertise for new construction energy services including fundamental and enhanced commissioning, building envelope commissioning and indoor air quality testing.
