With the assistance of Entegrity, NovaCopy was awarded Gold level of certification through the U.S. Green Building Council’s (USGBC) Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) green building program.
The NovaCopy office is a 27,736 sf one-story office building located along I-40 in Memphis, Tennessee as part of a new business park development on Appling Farms Parkway. NovaCopy Inc. is Memphis’ top provider of 3D printer technology, copiers and document solutions. With this new facility, NovaCopy has enhanced its product and solution offerings for the Memphis business community showcasing them in a state-of-the-art facility never seen in its industry before. The building includes office space for employees as well as service spaces, a sales and demonstration floor and unheated warehouse for incoming product and parts.
The NovaCopy office was designed and constructed by Belz Architecture + Construction. Entegrity provided LEED Consulting, Fundamental and Enhanced Commissioning, Indoor Air Quality Testing, and Energy Modeling services for the project.
