Project

University of Arkansas Founders Hall

Located at the core of the University of Arkansas campus, Founders Hall is a six story, 78,500 square foot, multi-use facility connected to the Brough Commons Dining Hall. Retail and restaurant spaces with food court style and traditional dining hall seating are found on the first and second floors. The remaining floors contain living spaces that are traditional double room occupancy with over 200 beds and semi-private bathrooms. Common spaces throughout the building include study rooms, conference rooms, living spaces and a full kitchen.

Founders Hall was designed by Witsell Evans Rasco (WER) Architects and Core Architects and constructed by Clark Contractors. Entegrity provided LEED Consulting services for the project, which achieved LEED Silver certification.
