With estimated annual savings of approximately $250,000 in annual energy & maintenance expenses, Entegrity’s project with the A&P Commission focused on upgrading lighting and lighting controls systems at the 360,000 square-foot Hot Springs Convention Center and Bank of the Ozarks Arena, the City Hall Annex facility, and the City of Hot Springs Visitor Center.
The scope of work included comprehensive replacement or re-fitting of over 3,000 existing light fixtures. In addition, the project also included the installation of new dimming controls in meeting rooms, exhibit halls, and the arena and the installation of occupancy sensors throughout the facility. This project reached completion in October 2016.
