Searcy County School District partnered with Entegrity on an energy savings performance contract that included services for the District’s facilities in Marshall and Leslie, Arkansas. The project covered 250,000 square feet of conditioned space and generates $89,145 in annual guaranteed energy and operational savings. The scope of the project included installation of over 6,500 low-wattage LED lamps across the district and installation of Building Automation Software to manage HVAC temperatures, humidity, and indoor air quality. There was a District-wide re-commissioning of over 150 HVAC units and low-efficiency HVAC units were replaced with high-performance models. Low-flow toilets and faucets were installed throughout the district to help with water savings. This energy performance contract was completed in September 2015.
