The scope of the project included installation of over 6,500 low-wattage LED lamps across the district and installation of Building Automation Software to manage HVAC temperatures, humidity, and indoor air quality. There was a District-wide re-commissioning of over 150 HVAC units and low-efficiency HVAC units were replaced with high-performance models.
