TheatreSquared, also known as T2, is Northwest Arkansas’s local source of nationally acclaimed theatre. To build T2’s new home in Fayetteville, a 50,000 SF hub for performances, arts education, rehearsals, community outreach, dining, and spaces to live and work, the company raised over $34 million through the Our Next Stage Campaign, delivering the region’s first permanent home for professional theatre. The campus has been decorated with achievements like the 2020 American Architecture Award, 2021 International Architecture Award, the AIA New York State Honor Award, an Interior Design Best of Year Honor.
Entegrity performed commissioning services for the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and building enclosure systems throughout design, construction, and operation. Entegrity is currently providing monitoring-based commissioning and consulting services, service life plans, and Energy Benchmark quarterly reports to ensure the facilities continue to perform and meet energy efficiency goals.
