OVERVIEW
The Oklahoma Military Department expanded its Thunderbird Challenge Program campus in Pryor with a new barracks and dining hall supporting the program’s residential and educational mission.
Entegrity provided sustainability consulting and building performance services for both facilities, helping the project team incorporate high-performance strategies while pursuing LEED v4 BD+C certification.

ACCOMPLISHMENTS
- Barracks achieved LEED v4 BD+C Gold, exceeding the original Silver target; Dining Hall achieved LEED v4 BD+C Silver
- Barracks achieved 44.3% modeled energy cost savings and 43.7% greenhouse gas emissions reduction
- Indoor potable water use reduced by 46.43% at the Barracks and 35.03% at the Dining Hall compared to LEED baselines
- LEED daylighting requirements met across 96.51% of regularly occupied Dining Hall areas and 64.66% of Barracks areas
- 86% of construction and demolition waste diverted across nine material streams
- Rain gardens, bioswales, and native or adaptive vegetation incorporated to support stormwater management and eliminate permanent irrigation
- MERV 13 filtration, low- and no-VOC materials, and successful VOC air testing supported indoor environmental quality
