Looking to modernize facilities and cut utility costs, Searcy School District (SSD) partnered with Entegrity through the Arkansas Energy Performance Contracting Program. Following a competitive selection process, Entegrity audited district facilities and developed a comprehensive, high-impact project tailored to SSD’s goals.
The resulting $1.7M project is guaranteed to generate more than $3.6M in lifetime savings.
SCOPE
- Water conservation upgrades that reduce water and sewer costs by 24%
- Comprehensive lighting upgrades across district facilities and athletic venues:
- Districtwide LED Lighting: Interior and exterior lighting upgrades across 17 school facilities, reducing lighting energy and maintenance costs by 46%
- Athletic Field Lighting Upgrades:
- Football Stadium: 94 LED fixtures with full wireless controls, dimming, and color capability
- Baseball Field: 114 LED fixtures
- Softball Field: 54 LED fixtures
- Total Sports Lighting Fixtures Upgraded: 262
- Infrastructure Optimization: Reuse of existing poles and electrical systems to reduce project cost and installation time.
