Southwest Power Pool Corporate Headquarters

Located in West Little Rock, surrounded by commercial shopping centers and a privately owned parcel of land, Southwest Power Pool’s Corporate Headquarters is a 166,920 square foot, four-story office building was developed using the guiding principles of sustainable design as well as external factors specific to the site. The facility earned LEED Gold certification in 2013.

The site design is a result of careful design considerations and organizing concepts derived from the investigation of existing site conditions and project requirements. The plan appropriately located elements with a respect for the existing topography while maintaining a physical and visual connection to the outside. The elongated, thin building form serves to maximize daylight penetration into the spaces and provide all workspaces with views to the exterior.

Southwest Power Pool Corporate Headquarters was designed by Witsell-Evans-Rasco Architects and constructed by Nabholz Construction Company. Entegrity provided LEED Consulting, Fundamental and Enhanced Commissioning, Indoor Air Quality Testing, and Daylight Testing services on the project.
